I’ve managed a few quick bike rides this month. The move of daylight savings time helped in that it is not dark when I get home from work light it used to be prior to the DST change. Had a just under 6 mile ride tonight. So far my pace is .7 mph faster than last year in spite of the fact that I picked up an extra ten pounds over the winter. During April I will have to work on building pace and endurance.
