Managing phone calls – why e-mail is best

Moments ago I was cranking through my lists of actions and my phone rang. I’m always torn about whether to pick up or not when I am in the middle of something. That’s the decision moment. It’s the great unknown. It is why I prefer e-mail. E-mail can be queued up. People expect a more immediate response from the phone and I feel the need to assist in their work flow.
